Can you get a loan from a private individual within a week using a loan agreement? (Schufa)

Schufa or similar for loans abroad (Poland)? Please read….

Hello everyone. I have a question about loans and finances. The case:

I am the owner of a property in Germany and plan to modernize it over the course of this year (attic conversion). This requires a small loan of around €5,000.

Furthermore, in recent years we have used our savings to build a house in Poland (my wife is a native Pole). We now want to buy furniture for it. This was actually supposed to be done with a loan (€6,000), which my mother-in-law wanted to apply for through 0% financing from a local furniture store. But she can’t get one because she’s retired.

Since my wife has dual citizenship and is also registered in Poland, she would now like to apply for this loan in Poland in her name. According to the bank, this is not a problem (at least in terms of creditworthiness).

Now the question arises whether this loan would appear in the German Schufa or something similar. This could then possibly lead to it being more difficult to get a modernization loan for our German property.

Does anyone know anything about Polish loans? I know that we are basically talking about peanuts at a total of €11,000, but everything depends on the Schufa score or the number of loans.

By the way, Schufa score is currently at 98.9%, there is currently a 30,000 euro building loan and the car costs 5,000 €.

I look forward to your replies. Greetings
