Professor Georgi Rachev stated that there will be a lot of rain in our country today, primarily in Western Bulgaria and the Rilo-Rhodope massif, and tomorrow also in the eastern part of the country.
However, according to him, this rainfall will not help in any way for the drought, which is extremely permanent and is not related solely to the amount of rainfall.
Rachev added that the center of low atmospheric pressure is moving and the faster it moves out, the less precipitation will be, and since the weather is dynamic, we need to sit the forecasts to see exactly how much it will rain.
There will not be much sun at the sea this week, but the temperature of the sea water will be high – 25 degrees, and with the exception of Wednesday, when it will rain, it will be normal for mid-September weather.
People should wear something thin, the weather is not so terrible, things will not fail, Rachev specified on bTV.
The professor also revealed that on Wednesday the precipitation will be more, but the temperatures will be around 20 degrees, which means that it will not be cold, on Friday the precipitation will be in Eastern Bulgaria, and on Saturday and Sunday it will not rain.
On Sunday, the morning temperature will be below 10 degrees, and the maximum during the day will reach 17, which shows that we have not commented on such low temperatures for more than three months, Rachev also said.
The next week will start with normal cool weather in the morning, but on the first school day it will not rain and during the day it will warm up, and like in the third ten days of September, the weather will be nice and warm.
On the morning of September 16, there is a possibility that the temperatures in Sofia and Pleven will be below 10 degrees. At noon it will be 21-22 degrees. It will be cool against the background of the warm weather,” Prof. Rachev added.
