Nancy Pelosi He received a comedy curveball at his book signing when a conservative comedian disguised as a Democrat made some cheeky comments about the drama of stock trading.
An X-clip shows Alex Strenger with a mask and a Bernie Sanders baseball cap as he crashes Pelosi’s book signing in Fort Worth, Texas, this weekend… proceeding to smear it saying Donald Trump needs to be in prison, all before he dives into his Wall Street wealth.
He tells Pelosi he is totally grateful for her fierce defense of democracy… and jokingly adds that he was very scared Trump would win and that his only hope was to lock him up.
Strenger’s enthusiasm for OTT prompts security to intervene so others can have their moment with Pelosi. But, when shown the door, he desperately changes the subject and says, “What stocks should I buy?” Clearly a topic he thought he would have more time to delve into!
He continues to yell at Pelosi as he is pushed around, while she sits there smiling and looking confused… saying, “Nancy, you are the best options trader ever! I just want to know what stocks I should buy. What I just want to know is, what is your biggest concern?”
The blows were a nod to the fact that her husband, Paul PelosiShe runs a real estate and venture capital firm, and her stock trades have drawn attention over the years, especially since she is a high-level lawmaker with inside information that could shake up the market.
Nancy initially rejected proposals to ban lawmakers and their spouses from trading stocks… insisting that her husband trades on his own and that she has no involvement.
The video ends with Strenger being kicked out… without learning any new financial strategies, without any capital gains, but he clearly tried to gain some influence!
