/ world today news/ Representatives of the Reform Bloc and GERB will hold a meeting on Monday to decide who will take which position on the exploratory mandate for forming a government handed to the RB.
In one of his speeches on the case, the resigned Prime Minister Boyko Borisov stated that the meeting with the RB is scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. Most likely, it will take place in the building of the Ministry of Justice. Then he expressed the wish for the new elections to be held under the new majoritarian system. In a series of speeches, Borisov gave contradictory signals about the possibilities of forming a government with the mandate of the RB. In his latest, made in the village of Hitrino, he stated that GERB would support a cabinet of reformers, but with their prime minister and their ministers. Resigned Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev said on Sunday that GERB will not participate in a cabinet formed with the mandate of the Republic of Belarus.
The representatives of the RB were also not united in their positions on the formation of a government and what its composition should be.
It is expected that the numerous questions and the main one – whether the reformers will hand President Rosen Plevneliev a government composition, or return his mandate, will be clarified during the political meeting on Monday.
