Your activities
- Advise clients on health, addiction-related, material, legal and personal issues and secure their financial existence
- Work with institutions in the field of addiction support, coordinate various support services and accompany goal-oriented processes
- Make inquiries with internal and external bodies, arrange services and negotiate with landlords, authorities and doctors, etc.
- Make clarifications and registrations in the area of social insurance
- Document cases and write reports and legally compliant letters
Your profile
- Degree in Social Work
- Professional experience, ideally in the field of addiction work and public social assistance
- Expertise in the field of addiction and recognized treatment concepts, comprehensive knowledge in the field of subsidiarity and Swiss social insurance
- Team, communication and conflict skills as well as interest in interdisciplinary and inter-institutional cooperation
- Planning, organizational and administrative skills as well as flexibility, independence and initiative
