Hello everyone, I ask you for help, I have two mortgages and I do not know if it is convenient for me to merge at this time because the Euribor is already low and should I save money or should not:
– one is in BK Euribor + 0.34 (now revised as of 2/09, it is 4.41% without the revision) it is a standard residence that only gives half the tax -out and only 56% to be extended the mortgage at the time with a portion of € 799.64 (amortization € 480.23 and interest € 319.41), pay € 85,950.70 and mature at the end of January 2036;
– another review in CS every 6 months made in July, interest 4.176%, APR 4.256, dividend € 294.70, capital pte € 22,522, maturity 02/06/2032
I also have savings of 16k since I put them in low risk they are not earning me much… and I was thinking of adding to the mortgages.
The highest tax deduction for my normal residence was 15% of 9000/2 and applying the 56%, the total would be around €3000 and I would deduct 15% of them and there the CS add €5000 which is 0% and that is the maximum online and I don’t know how I could add again, I thought I would add 10 k to h total to it and i would save €1000/month one year and i took it off and that’s where i stayed haha
If you could give me a hand it would be very useful to get me out of trouble, sorry for the trouble and thank you very much for your help.
