Hansekicker preview: U21 with home game, U16 and U14 start the season

Two more of our Hansekicker teams are starting the new season this weekend after the summer holidays. After being promoted, our U16 will host SV Eichede at the Lohmühle tomorrow Sunday for the opening match of the Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga, while our U14 will play against Lübeck 1876 this Saturday. Our U21 team will play a home game against TSV Nordmark Satrup in the Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga this Saturday.

Saturday, 11:00 a.m.: U14 plays against Lübeck 1876
Our U14s will play their first competitive match of the new season on Saturday. To kick off the season in the qualifying round of the regional league, the team coached by Miguel Lopes and Patrick Toschka will be visiting Lübeck 1876. In addition to participating in a number of tournaments, including matches against TSV Kronshagen II (8:2) and FC Teutonia 05 Ottensen (5:2), the team also took part in a training camp in Denmark and had numerous friendly matches. They won against SG Torpedo/SG Neumünster (17:0) and TSV Bargteheide II (11:1) with lots of goals. They lost 1:5 against Hansa Rostock, followed by a spectacular 5:5 draw against Heider SV.

Saturday, 2:30 p.m.: U21 welcomes TSV Nordmark Satrup
After last weekend’s 3-2 away win at TuS Rotenhof in the Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga, our U21 team now wants to build on that. Coach Oliver Stutzky’s team will play against TSV Nordmark Satrup at the Lohmühle on Saturday.

The guests have started the season solidly with eight points from six games. After a 3:3 draw at VfR Neumünster at the start, when coach Bernd Hansen’s team gave up a temporary 3:0 lead, the home game against Eckernförder SV also ended 3:3. This was followed by two wins at TSB Flensburg (2:0) and against SpVg Eidertal Molfsee (4:0). Most recently, the games against Oldenburger SV were lost due to two own goals (0:2) and against Heider SV (1:2). The most accurate scorer so far is Björn Laß with a total of five goals.

Last year’s promoted team finished last season in 8th place, thus securing their place in the league. The core of the squad will also be relied upon in the new season. Only Leif-Eric Johannsen (SV Grün-Weiß Tolk) and Luca Petersen left the club in the summer. Danny Goos, Malte Fritz and goalkeeper Jan Mathiesen ended their careers. Four new players from SC Weiche Flensburg 08 II joined the team. Finn Lorenzen, goalkeeper Jonas Wolz, Anas Ali Khan and Paul Meiburg already have Oberliga experience. Joris Naeve (Slesvig IF) and Max Wiedenhoff (Eckernförder SV U19) are also new to the team.

Last season, our Green-Whites won the home game against TSV Nordmark Satrup 3-1. Julian Quistorff, after nice preparatory work by Yasin Varol, and the assist provider with a converted penalty shortly before half-time ensured a 2-0 half-time lead, which Luis Fichtner extended after the break, Jannik Sellmer scored for the visitors. In the first leg, however, there was a 2-5 away defeat. Christoph Ottsen put the hosts in the lead in the early stages and completed his hat-trick with two more goals shortly before half-time. In the second half, Björn Laß converted a penalty before Jannik Westphal and substitute Ramiz Demir were able to reduce the deficit. In the final minutes, Björn Laß received a red card and Tom Becker a yellow-red card, and the final score was then scored by Bennet Reimer, who had come on earlier in the game.

Sunday, 12:00: U16 hosts SV Eichede
Our U16s will start in a new league on Sunday: After being promoted, the team of new coach Steffen Böhnke will host SV Eichede at the Lohmühle for the start of the Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga. In the past preparation, our green and whites played numerous test matches. The first two games against the Hamburg Oberliga teams Niendorfer TSV (1:5) and Eimsbütteler TV (2:5) were lost. Then there were victories against TSV Siems (15:1) and against the junior regional league team Hansa Rostock (3:2). Most recently, the games against the FC Förderkader Rene Schneider (4:0) and against the JSG Concordia Lübeck (6:0) were also won.

And otherwise?
Our U12 will play a friendly match against FC Torpedo 76 Neumünster on Saturday at 10:15 a.m. On Saturday at 12:00 p.m. our U13 will play a friendly match against JSG Fehmarn at the Lohmühle. Our U15 will play a friendly match against FC Förderkader Rene Schneider on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
