(WMC) — The Memphis Grizzlies announced that the team has signed four new players to the organization.
Armando Bacot, Yuki Kawamura, Miye Oni and Brazilian Maozinha Pereira joined the organization on Friday.
Armando Bacot, 6-foot-11, spent five years at the University of North Carolina. He averaged 13.9 points and 10.1 rebounds before going undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft.
Bacot is the all-time leader in games played, total rebounds and double-doubles at North Carolina.
The 5-foot-8 Yuki Kawamura spent five years in Japan’s B.League, where he was named the 2022-23 MVP as a member of the Yokohama B-Corsairs.
Miye Oni, 6’4″ (1.96 m), appeared in 80 NBA games from 2019-22 after being selected 58th overall in the 2019 NBA Draft. Oni spent time in the NBA G-League with the Salt Lake City Stars and the Osecola Magic.
The 6-foot-4 Maozinha Pereira played seven games for the Grizzlies last season, averaging 6.9 points and 5.3 rebounds. Pereira recently represented Brazil at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
