Chino Leunis was a guest on the program La noche perfecta, hosted by Sebastián Wainraich on El Trece. Among other things, in the talk he revealed his talent as a musician.
“I have a musical side that I really enjoy, I like it as a hobby. I had bands when I was a kid, I played drums and sang,” Leunis began.
Wainraich then invited him to a challenge with the band that plays live in the studio, Fábrica de Canciones.
“You are going to have to play the same thing that the group’s drummer plays,” the host instructed the guest. “We chose a Rolling Stones classic and another Beatles classic,” they told him.
So it was that the chords of Paint it Black sounded first, and then Come Together.
In both cases, Leunis passed the test with ease and wit.
Urine collector: the unusual job that Chino Leunis had
At another point in the talk, Leunis revealed a very unusual job he had as a teenager: collecting urine samples.
“There are laboratories that make contraceptive drugs, I think, and they use something that is in the urine of menopausal women. So there is a whole network of pissers who deliver their nectar…”, he said with a certain humor.
“It was just one weekend, it was the husband of a friend of my mother who had that thing and I didn’t have work at that time. It was terrible… terrible. No joke, realizing that your hand is wet, this is not water!” she recalled with humor.
