Shortly after the closure of the Michelin-starred restaurant »Pink Pepper« in the »Steigenberger Parkhotel« in Düsseldorf, a new concept is in the starting blocks. Where only a few months ago gourmet fans were pampered at the highest level, the restaurant is now being transformed into a modern bar. According to local media, it will open from 12. September 2024 with a completely new approach and enhance the previous fine dining experience with high-quality tapas, exclusive drinks and a lively nightlife substitute.
The change comes shortly after the end of a successful era. Top chef Benjamin Kriegelwho earned the Michelin star for the »Pink Pepper« in 2023 and held it until its closure, is no longer part of the team. According to Al Lahham, the new concept promises “real high life”, which will not only impress with its culinary delights, but also its atmosphere.
