On Wednesday 4 September, Roma made official the UEFA list for the first phase of the Europa League, the second most important club tournament in the old continent. In fact, the clubs participating in the competition had until midnight on Wednesday to present the UEFA list valid for the first phase.
The Giallorossi will begin their European adventure with a match against Athletic Bilbao at the Olimpico, then face Elfsborg, Dynamo kyiv, Union Saint-Gilloise, Tottenham, Braga, AZ Alkmaar and Eintracht Frankfurt. As expected, the list includes newcomers Mats Hummels y Mario Hermoso. Instead, it turns out that it is also new signing Samuel Dahl who is left out and his place is taken by the other right-back Buba Sangare.
