/ world today news/ Bulgaria will take part in an international military exercise in the Black Sea in February together with 7 other countries, according to an announcement from the Romanian Navy.
Approximately 2,800 military personnel from seven NATO member countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Canada, Spain, USA and Turkey) as well as from Ukraine will be included in “Sea Shield 17”.
During the training, the Alliance’s standard procedures against air, submarine and land attacks will be carried out using 11 surface vessels and 4 aircraft from Romania, as well as a submarine, 5 warships and 6 aircraft from foreign partners.
