RIED. . On Thursday, September 26th from 4 to 6 p.m., Techno-Z Ried will be hosting an information event on the topic of “How can knowledge be recognized, specifically developed and sustainably maintained in companies?”
The demographic consultancy Digi+ offers practical examples from the corporate world. In a practical exchange, entrepreneurs learn how they can preserve and pass on valuable knowledge in their company. A qualification needs survey was carried out together with Weyland GmbH. This is a particularly suitable method for small and medium-sized companies, which often face the challenge of losing valuable knowledge carriers when they retire. Using Hennlich GmbH as an example, company-related approaches are presented on how the wealth of knowledge and experience of older employees can be secured for the future, used optimally and passed on across generations.
Gain knowledge
Markus Zebisch, Peter Doblhammer and Gerhard Schwarz, Managing Directors of Hennlich Austria, emphasize: “It is extremely important to preserve the knowledge of all employees, especially those who have been with the company for a long time, for the future. With the support of the demographic consultancy Digi+, we are concentrating on how we can implement this effectively. We attach great importance to different generations constructively exchanging their different experiences and approaches. Especially with IT innovations and large digitization projects, it is essential to take everyone along.” The event is aimed at interested company representatives (management, HR, works councils, employees).
