One of the world’s largest tire makers is set to build an $87 million plant south of Fort Worth.
Continental Tire has begun work on a 752,000-square-foot facility at 10101 Old Burleson Road, according to a document filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation last week.
The site will feature 7,500 square feet of supporting office space, with completion anticipated in early 2026. Dallas-based GSR Andrade Architects is listed as the architectural firm in charge of the project.
The filing with the state refers to the project as “Hillwood – Project Road Trip.” Representatives for Hillwood declined to comment on the project, and Continental Tire did not respond to questions before publication.
