Fuel distribution reform towards the Council of Ministers

(ANSA) – ROME, 03 SEPTEMBER – A bill for the reform of fuel distribution and restructuring of the network will be examined and should be brought to the Council of Ministers scheduled for tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. The measure, as far as we know, is on the agenda of the preparatory technical meeting called for tomorrow morning at 10:30 a.m. at Palazzo Chigi. The reform of beach concessions is not on this agenda, which could however be brought to the Council of Ministers tomorrow. Among other things, four legislative decrees are under consideration. One of these is for the adaptation of national legislation to the EU regulation on controls of cash entering and leaving the European Union. Another integrates and corrects the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency. A third legislative decree implements the European directive that modifies the contribution of transport to the objective of reducing emissions in all sectors of the EU economy, as well as the directive on the system for trading greenhouse gas emissions allowances in the European Union. Finally, a bill that modifies the regulations of the Fondazione Ordine Costantiniano di San Giorgio di Parma will be examined. (ANSA).
