POD schedules its return to Chile to present its latest album

“Veritas” is the album that has them touring various countries around the world and that, on this occasion, they will come to show to their fans in Chile.

It was an outstanding debt. And it is that the Californians of P.O.D. – Payable on Death- will finally return to our country as part of their tour “Latin America 2024”, where they come to present their most recent album “Veritas” (2024), the same one that will bring them to Chile exactly seven years after their last visit, next October 17th in the Cariola Theatre.

Being the eleventh album in a career spanning 32 years, “Veritas” has received positive reviews for maintaining that faithful sound that catapulted it to P.O.D. as one of the most prominent groups of the era of aggro/nu metal between the 90’s and 00’s, cataloged by the vocalist Sonny Sandoval as “one of the best the band has ever done” and with three outstanding collaborations in songs: “Drop” next to Randy Blythe of Lamb of God, “Afraid to Die” con Tatiana Shmaylyuk of Jinjer y “This is my Life”. junto a Cove Reber of the bands Dead American y Patriot.

Without a doubt a band that has never been afraid to mix different sounds, among which the following stand out: reggae, rock, rap and of course the metal. Con “The Fundamental Elements of Southtown” (1999) y “Satellite” (2001) Like their most iconic and successful albums, the Christian band will make us enjoy hits like “Alive”, “Southtown”, “Boom” y “Youth of the Nation”, among many others, on October 17 at the Cariola Theatre.
