From Xanthi, continuing his tour of Thrace and North Macedonia, the president of PASOK-Movement of Change, Nikos Androulakis, a new candidate for the leadership of the party, in his statements referred, among other things, to the great difficulties due to the weakening of the social state and the increased cost of living which results in thousands of young people going abroad and the population is constantly decreasing, he said.
“Our priority is regional development so that every village in every corner of Greece has a perspective. “Unfortunately, New Democracy does not implement anything we propose,” noted Mr. Androulakis.
On the issue of continued precision, he repeated the proposal of PASOK-Movement for Change to establish a single consumer authority and reduce VAT on basic goods.
“Increased energy costs and water scarcity are undermining the primary sector,” added Mr. Androulakis.
“That’s why another policy is needed. Responsible, progressive, and this is the policy we want to implement as tomorrow’s government,” stressed the President of PASOK-Movement for Change.
