Come on, flow with us! From 11 am to 5 pm you will have the opportunity to try Inside Flow Yoga. There is also Align to Flow, Deep Stretch and an Inside Flow class in English!
Inside Flow is a continuation of Vinyasa yoga. We synchronize movement with every inhalation and exhalation – and all this to the beat, ie to the rhythm of modern music. The magical moment comes at the end of the lesson, because then the lines that the class has developed correspond directly to a song, to which the lesson is then dedicated.

12:00 Uhr – Alignment with Flow
13:00 Uhr – Internal Flow Level 2
14:00 Uhr – Deep Stretch
3:00pm – Internal Stream (English)
4:00pm – Internal Flow Level 1-2
17:00 Uhr – Enjoy your life!
