The Honorary Chairman of the DPS Ahmed Dogan resides in the residence in Rosenets without reason and should leave it immediately.
This is stated in a position sent to the media by Danail Papazov – owner of the companies “Hermes Solar” and “Delta Epsilon”, which own the real estate in Rosenets Park.
Here is what he wrote in a press release:
“In view of the speculations that have appeared in the mass media in recent days, regarding the residence of Ahmed Dogan in the properties of the companies “Hermes Solar” and “Delta Epsilon” (of which I am the representative and ultimate owner through the company “Sigda”), I state the following :
“Hermes Solar” and “Delta Epsilon” own real estate in Rosenets Park, Burgas District and Boyana District in the city of Sofia. Ahmed Dogan is not the owner or representative of these companies, he has nothing to do with the properties of the companies, nor does he have any contractual relationship related to the use of these properties. Because of this, Ahmed Dogan resides in the same places without reason and should immediately leave them.”
The owner of the companies, Danail Papazov, is a former Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications in the government of Plamen Oresharski (2013-2014).
