Williams Racing has decided to drop Logan Sergeant. The American has been under a lot of pressure after disappointing results and his crash in the third free practice at Zandvoort. Williams talent Franco Colapinto will replace him. The Argentine makes his debut in the premier class.
For the rest of the season, the Argentine will be next to Alexander Albon will drive with number 43 on his car. The driver who competes in Formula 2, will stop his work there and continue in Formula 1. The driver comes from the youth of the British racing team, where he was able to show his skills this year at Williams during the GP of Great Britain during the first free practice. Colapinto will hand over the seat to Carlos Sainz at the end of this year.
