On the night of August 28 in the Rostov region of Russia, after large explosions, fires broke out at two oil plants.

Details: A video posted by local residents shows several tanks at the oil terminal on fire.

Golubev reported a drone attack in the area. According to him, at about 3.00 am, 4 UAVs were shot down in the Rostov region.

He also said there were no casualties.

Added: Local media reported an attack on another oil plant in the Rostov region: two oil plants were burning at the same time. Residents of Kamensky say they heard another explosion.
