From Crete, Stefanos Kasselakis recalls the empty commitments of the prime minister for BOAK, on the occasion of the recent death of three young men who were returning from their work.
“Let’s see what value the commitments of a prime minister have: BOAK. That is, the Northern Road Axis of Crete. When it was created there were 50,000 vehicles on the island. Today they reach one million” says Stefanos Kasselakis and recalls earlier statements by Kyriakos Mitsotakis:
“What did the prime minister promise?
2017: “BOAK will happen. I give you my word and I, as you know, keep my word.”
2021: “Crete will get the road it deserves.”
2024: “BOAK is my personal bet.”
“A mockery from year to year. The truth? All construction sites stopped and a carmaniola road. Already this year 39 people have been killed. And this crime we experience requires only one thing of us. Let’s wake up. Failure is not the fate of the Greek people” concludes the SYRIZA president.
