(ANSA) – BUSTO ARSIZIO, 26 AUGUST – All six arrests for the murder of Fabio Ravasio, the 52-year-old who was hit and killed by what initially appeared to be a hit-and-run car in Parabiago (Varese) on 9 August, have been validated by the investigating judge of the Busto Arsizio (Varese) court, Anna Giorgetti. Three weeks later, the partner, the alleged mastermind of the plan, her husband and son, the woman’s lover, a friend and the boyfriend of the woman’s daughter were arrested. “We are faced with a brutal, cold, cruelly calculated murder”, the judge wrote in the ruling. “Apparently – she continues – none of this group of five individuals who gravitate around Adilma Pereira Carneiro (the partner) have a single moment of repentance: they are asked to kill and each of them, without batting an eyelid, accepts; indeed, with enthusiasm, they contribute to developing the criminal plan in exchange for an exclusively labial promise (at least, as far as is known) completely generic to have an apartment inside a rural building that must, in an uncertain future, be renovated”. “Such lack of affection, such a lack of natural repulsion in the face of the request to kill a person who, likely or in any case in the absence of different evidence, was also completely indifferent towards these five men, the total and superficial adhesion to the criminal plan establish a social dangerousness of the individuals involved that is of the highest level”, concludes the investigating judge.
