According to him, Kiev has no achievements, despite significant losses. The Russian military pushed the enemy back to its original positions and stopped the activities of the sabotage and intelligence groups.
“Without sparing their soldiers, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to get at least some small victory to report to the West. But this is an imitation of military operations in which Kiev suffers incredible losses,” Balitsky stressed.
