MEXICO CITY, August 25 (EL UNIVERSAL).- Yesterday marked one month since Angela Aguilar and Christian Nodal got married, so the young woman shared a video of one of the most emotional moments of her wedding; when she dedicated the song “Contigo a la distancia” to the singer, which she performed while her now husband watched and tenderly hugged her.
Just hours after the newlyweds said “I do,” news began to circulate in various media outlets that the couple was getting married.
To seal their love before God and the law, Angela and Nodal chose to get married on July 24; it was a ceremony attended by their closest family and a few famous figures.
A month has passed since the so-called “wedding of the year” and Angela did not let the date go unnoticed, as she took to her Instagram account to share a video to commemorate the first 31 days with her now husband.
Aguilar, 20, wrote a brief but very tender message in the post dedicated to Nodal, 25:
“One month, my life.”
In the clip, the young woman can be seen, wearing another of the wedding dresses she wore during the celebration, while she delicately takes Nodal’s face, who holds her close to his body, surrounding Ángela’s waist with his arms.
Christian looks at his wife with a smile, as she sings to him “Contigo la distancia”; specifically the verse that says:
“You have become a part of my soul, nothing consoles me if you are not there too.”
This was one of the most emotional moments that the press was able to document, however, we had not had access to such clear images of Angela’s performance, since the videos that the media presented were captured from a considerable distance.
For his part, Nodal did not make any posts alluding to his first month of marriage, although he did appear active on social media, sharing a video where he thanked his Puerto Rican fans for their presence at the concert he gave on Friday at the Puerto Rico Coliseum.
