iPhone 16: Apple Store employees are trained on Apple Intelligence

Apple Intelligence is going to be one of the features that Apple is highlighting for the iPhone 16. It is therefore important that employees in Apple Stores know as much detail as possible and know how to use AI. This is why they are currently receiving training.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman noted :

Apple also plans to make Apple Intelligence a key part of the iPhone sales pitch in stores this fall and has begun training store employees on the features.

It is worth remembering that Apple Intelligence will not be available at the launch of the iPhone 16 in September, but a few weeks later with the release of iOS 18.1. Artificial intelligence will also be found on Mac with macOS Sequoia.

Using Apple Intelligence comes with limitations. The first is that you need at least an iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max. Naturally, all iPhone 16s will be able to use AI. Then, it won’t be available on iPhones in European Union countries, at least at launch. And even in other countries, using it will require switching your iPhone to American English. Added to this is the fact that some features won’t be available until 2025.

But as previously said, Apple Intelligence will be one of the marketing arguments for the iPhone 16. We should therefore expect to have AI galore during the keynote which will take place on September 10.
