Aston Villa 0-2 Arsenal: A great win for Mikel Arteta’s side. More in terms of the result than the game. It wasn’t a brilliant match, but they managed to punish Emery’s team’s forward line.
Aston Villa dominated much of the second half, but were unable to take the lead. Trossard punished the first ball he touched. Thomas got worse and worse, and I think he was one of Arsenal’s best players. A key victory, both because of the opponent and the way they played.
