The official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced that studies will be canceled tomorrow, Sunday, August 25, 2024, in several cities and educational institutions in the Jazan region, due to the expectation of heavy rain which could affect the safety of students and educational staff.

This decision came as a concern of the concerned authorities about the safety of male and female students and male and female workers in educational institutions, and to avoid any risks that may come from the weather.
While in-person examinations have been suspended, educational institutions have confirmed that the distance education process will continue through their electronic platforms, to ensure that male and female students are not affected in their academic performance.
