General rules for exercise

Work within a team in business premises with personal protective equipment provided, and adapted to the nature of the services provided.

The position requires long standing and handling of chemical products and solutions.

The employee may be subject to unusual working hours.

The position is subject to several risks: electrical hazards, fire, chemical hazards, isolation, height, confined space, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning of buildings and business premises:

  • Perform services for cleaning floors and technical buildings with electromechanical devices (single brush, scrubber dryer, etc.)
  • Perform cleaning services for industrial establishments that require high technology
  • Perform specialized cleaning services in sensitive environments
  • Respect the work areas
  • Respect the frequencies
  • Respect the detailed instructions of your superiors
  • Keep your workflow organized and streamlined
  • Take care of the equipment provided and keep it in good working order
  • Follow the instructions for use and dosage of the product
  • Provide information if requested on follow-up pages, intervention times or signatures
  • Collect the waste provided in the work areas and place it in the designated sorting areas
  • Dispose of waste water to disposal points confirmed by customers

Security of property and people:

  • Secure the premises before performing the services (lockout, deposit, etc.)
  • Report to your manager any irregularity observed in the customer’s premises (water leaks, lighting problems, obstructions, etc.)
  • Report any concerns related to the security of the facilities, staff or organization
  • Use the appropriate notation
  • Respect the safety rules established in the prevention plans
  • Use appropriate and proven PPE
  • Immediately report any accidental incident that occurs during work and between home and work to your supervisor.
  • Go to the field hospital after any accident and if requested by your superiors

Satisfied client:

  • Return the installations to the configuration state defined by the customer
  • Refer all customer complaints to your manager
  • Implement the corrective actions assigned to them
  • Be the representative of the company in the field vis-à-vis the customer
  • Perform the services according to the specifications, the work areas and determined by the hierarchy
  • Respect contract dates
  • Respect hierarchical management
  • Take care of occasional out-of-scope/contractual needs

Environmental protection:

  • Follow the instructions given in the prevention plans
  • Follow the guidelines and operating procedures related to the Environment

Report any problems related to the Environment (accidental spills, leaks, etc.)

Implementation of the IMS: Implement the guidelines provided by the Integrated Management System (IMS)
