With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for an employee (f/m/d) for our back office at our Basel location on a part-time basis with flexible home office arrangement.

Back Office Manager (w/m/d)
part-time (50-60%)

Your tasks

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Independent creation of accounts receivable invoices and reminders
  • Independently conducting the audit and accounting of employee expenses
  • Independent checking and posting of credit card statements
  • Capture and update leads and sales opportunities
  • Administrative support in the sales process
  • Assist in the organization of customer and marketing events
  • Support of our consultants in administrative matters
  • Organization of office operations
  • General office work

You should bring some of these with you

  • You have completed commercial training or comparable
  • You are good with numbers
  • Ideally, you have experience in using the accounting software ABACUS and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You have very good written and spoken German skills, as well as good English and ideally also French skills
  • You are characterized by an analytical, structured and careful way of working with a high level of self-motivation as well as the ability to work in a team and reliability
