The “Besys Portal” is integrated into the city-wide online platform “My Account”. Particularly sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access with two-factor authentication.
The “Besys Portal” can be used by applicants within the meaning of the Administrative Justice Act (VRG, LS 175.2) (hereinafter: “applicant”).
The “Besys Portal” is intended to be a portal for the digital submission and management of applications for the specialist groups of port administration, gastronomy, noise, PGVO, dog administration, events and business.
The city police take great care to ensure that the information on the “Besys Portal” is correct and complete. If there are any discrepancies in the data, a correction can be requested from the city police.
Legally binding documents such as invoices or orders as well as other notifications that have a direct legal effect are sent to Besys Portal users by post.
The following information relates exclusively to content and functionalities that the city police make available in the “Besys Portal”. The “Legal information for the use of the City of Zurich’s websites”, which apply, among other things, to the “My Account” online platform, also apply to the “Besys Portal” and reference is hereby made to them.
