Coming to the Epic Games Store next week
„Fallout Classic Collection“
The Fallout series doesn’t really need a special introduction in the gaming scene. Like GTA, Assassin’s Creed or FIFA, Fallout enjoys cult status. However, not everyone knows the roots of the game. The first spin-off, “Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game”, was released in 1997. Many people only got into it later – and have undoubtedly missed something. Anyone who wants to fill in their knowledge gaps will soon have the opportunity to do so. From August 29th, the Epic Games Store will be offering a bundle consisting of “Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game” (1997), “Fallout 2: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game” (1998) and “Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel” (2021) for free download. But beware: anyone expecting a 3D game will be disappointed.

The sports game “Wild Card Football” will also be available for free from August 29th. The game is arcade-style, but has much more modern graphics. The developers are using a concept that has already been used in numerous other successful racing and sports games: power-ups. You can use these to lead your team to victory in a 7-on-7 match.
Another special feature is the multiplayer mode. True to the name, this gives you the opportunity to play not only against the computer, but also against other people. This promises to be a lot of fun, given the numerous action-packed “wild cards” (power-ups). However, the download is only available until September 5th.
