A recent report found vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote on Mac computers made by Apple, making them vulnerable to hacking, according to the website howtogeek.

The report said that the “Library Injection” vulnerability leaves the computer open to external communications, which means that hackers, through the vulnerability, can record video and audio, get to personal data, or log in to the device, as well as the ability to send an email through the Outlook app, or view Photos in the Photos folder. According to Cisco Talos, a senior cybersecurity research engineer, Microsoft says these issues are “low risk.”
