This is an abuse of the real decisions of the Sofia Administrative Court. It does not oblige the presidential institution to publish transcripts. The court says very clearly that the presidential institution can return its refusal decision with other reasons or consider the possibility of partial disclosure. I had very clear reasons for publishing these transcripts. I have reservations and the reasons why there was a refusal at the beginning of my term are clear. There is no way I can publish them in the pre-election debate or in the consultations on the formation of a new cabinet. These are some mythical transcripts, in which the belief is instilled that it will shine for KTB who is king, noted Radev.
10 minutes after the end of our conversation, the June 29 transcript will be on the site. Only the names of banks and financial institutions other than KTB have been removed. As to the second transcript, my decision is not to appeal. I have taken actions for declassification and I will consider when and whether to disclose it, because the first transcript will be a test of the maturity of our society, whether we deserve transparency, stressed Radev.
