Compared to PC, the PS5 version offers graphic quality between medium and high settings, and some textures may appear worse than at the lowest settings on PCTo ensure smooth gameplay, the PS5 adjusts the resolution as needed in Performance mode, with a dynamic resolution between 720p and 1080p, ensuring 60 frames per second.
While the compromises in graphic detail are obvious, Performance mode provides a smoother gaming experience, and using Unreal Engine 5 produced mixed results on Sony’s home console, where the engine providing stunning visuals and detailed environments, but also causing performance issues such as Shredder.
To keep the game running at 60fps on PS5, developers have to use resolution scaling and other tweaks, while the PC version works better and more stable, which probably explains why it doesn’t reviews available only on PC and ignore PS5.
