HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

In-store returns for online orders (valid for any payment method): You can return your order for FREE in any of our stores within 30 days of receiving the order, provided it meets the terms of our return policy. If you return your order to a JD store, you will receive the refund within 3 to 5 days. Find your nearest JD store here.

* Orders placed through the Kiosk can only be returned in the store.

Returns through our Return Center (valid for any payment method): To return your order through our Returns Center, you have 15 days from the time you receive your order to register your return and another 15 days to send your package. Once the return is registered, the platform will give you the label you need to use to send your package back. If you return your order through our Returns Center, the refund may take 13-15 business days (10 days to arrive at our warehouse and 3-5 business days for the next compensation). Returns via our Returns Center cost from €8.

Orders must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and with the properly completed shipping receipt. Swimsuits, sports bras or underwear should only be tried on and the sanitary lining intact. If there is evidence that this was not the case, we cannot accept the return.
