Seven people were injured in a road accident that happened late yesterday afternoon in Limassol.
The road accident happened around 7.40 pm in the afternoon, when a car driven by a 74-year-old woman, with a 78-year-old passenger, collided on Spyrou Kyprianou Street in Limassol, under circumstances that are under investigation, in an accident road car, driven by a 66-year-old man, with a 62-year-old passenger, with 28-year-old passengers and two little boys aged four and three.
The accident injured the occupants of both vehicles, who were taken by ambulance to Limassol General Hospital and a private hospital.
The 74-year-old man and the 78-year-old man were kept for treatment at Limassol General Hospital, while the 62-year-old man was transferred to Nicosia General Hospital for further treatment.
The four-year-old boy was first taken to a private hospital and then admitted and transferred to Makarios Hospital for further treatment.
For preventive purposes, the three-year-old boy remained in the hospital, and the 66-year-old and the 28-year-old, after receiving first aid, were released.
The Limassol Traffic Police are continuing the investigations.
