Anyone who loves films from the 50s and 60s can’t miss her: Karin Dor. Whether in Winnetou, in the action thriller “Topaz” by Alfred Hitchcock or various film adaptations of the Edgar Wallace novels – the German actress was a well-known figure in her industry. And she probably gained the most fame through her appearance as the Bond girl Helga Brandt in “You Only Live Twice”.
A service fromAnyone who wants to experience a little action movie spirit has the chance. Bratke Exclusive Cars Motorsport in Düsseldorf currently has a Mercedes 300 SL (R 107) for sale. The highlight: The Benz from 1987 once belonged to Karin Dor! She was the first owner, and all the documents are available. Since then, the Mercedes has only been owned by one other owner, who had the SL technically overhauled. So the car not only has a unique history, it is also in collector’s condition.
The new owner also doesn’t need to worry about the MOT for the time being, as the sticker is still valid until May 2025. But since the six-cylinder engine has only run 132,950 kilometers and the vehicle has always been well looked after, there is probably no reason to worry anyway.
The brown leather interior perfectly complements the white paint and the brown top.

The visual condition speaks for itself. The R 107 looks elegant: in white with a brown top and a matching leather interior. Only the steering wheel, parts of the dashboard and the gear lever of the automatic transmission are in black. And of course the wood decor is a must in the old Mercedes.
Used car market
This 300 SL has a unique history!

And otherwise: no rust, no dents and no scratches. But of course the SL is too good to just put away, the 179 hp Cabrio wants to be driven – preferably on dry summer days.
Slightly increased price due to unique history
The dealer is asking for 52,990 euros. That’s not low compared to similar offers, but it’s completely within budget. And of course there’s one big difference to all SLs: none of them belonged to a German Bond girl!
