Evaluation of two surfactants to improve the efficiency of foliar fertilization in sugarcane cultivation

Abstract:

This research had the purpose of generating information on the efficiency of two surfactants in order to identify the best alternatives in the field of agriculture has not been a secret, since in recent times the conditions have had to be improved so that a good absorption takes place and therefore obtain a good use of the agricultural inputs supplied to the plant. This has been one of the most important concerns, so the need to use products that help a better absorption to occur was born, but not all have the same efficiency, so the need for experimentation was identified which translated into an opportunity for an agricultural engineering student who was able to carry out said research. Ingenio Pantaleón was the private company where the experiment was carried out, giving the opportunity to disseminate the information so that said information is useful for local farmers, it is important to highlight that many farmers plant sugar cane and sell their production to the mills and the very valuable information is important for the decision-making process.
