I opened the case in June because we had already paid a deposit for a hotel booking through FTI. Booking confirmation and cancellation email from FTI insolvency administrator were submitted. Then at the end of July there was a request for booking/cancellation documents according to the email, which I never received. In the chat I then found out which documents they still wanted and provided them again. If I understand correctly from the history, the email of the request was sent to FTI. What nonsense, asking a company that is insolvent for documents. There are probably no employees anymore. So insolvency administrator, but he doesn’t have any more than what I have already sent. Now the decision date has been postponed for the second time to August 22nd, 2024. It’s just annoying…
Apparently nobody at Paypal is able to distinguish between individual services and package holidays. Then there is no need to wait for the DFRS… I just don’t understand how they can be so unfriendly to customers…
