2. A development progress report prepared by the correctional custodian or the results of a risk assessment and needs assessment conducted by the assessor.
3. A community research report prepared by a community leader known to the Bapas leader;
4. A letter of notification to the district attorney regarding the plan to release with a contract for the offender and the delinquent child;
5. Copy (List of Letter F) from the Head of Correctional Institutions (Head of Correctional Institutions);
6. Copy of the change list from the Head of Prisons;
7. Letter of statement from prisoners and juvenile delinquents who do not commit illegal activities.
8. A letter of promise from the family known to the head of the village or the head of the village or another name stating:
