Olga Bończyk was Jacek Bończyk’s wife for seven years. The reason for their breakup was the actor’s illness, which affected their relationship. – If it happened now, we would deal with it without a problem – said Bończyk years later.

Actor, singer, and soon – dancer. Olga Bończyk will soon appear in the 15th edition of the program “Dancing with the Stars”, where she will be joined by Marcin Zaprawa, who will be making his debut on the “TzG” dance floor.

– I accepted this offer with pleasure because I always wanted to dance in this program. Somewhere inside I feel that maybe my previous incarnation was a dancer – said the actress in an interview with polsat.pl.

Even before she started her acting career, Olga Bończyk met her first great love. It was Jacek Bończyk, whom she met when she was studying in Wroclaw. The feeling between them appeared quickly. In 1994, they got married.

The acting couple seemed destined to be together. At some point, however, they were struck by a disease – depression. Unfortunately, despite efforts, she was unstable at that time.

After six years of marriage, Olga Bończyk began to notice changes in her husband’s behavior. He became short and did not want to talk, which was unlike him. He began to withdraw into himself and did not want to leave the house. Together they went to a psychologist.

– The first man was not good or capable. Jacek burned completely, fell into pieces, said Bończyk, quoted by viva.pl.

The crisis in the marriage of Olga and Jacek Bończyk was getting worse. After seven years, they decided to divorce.

– This is the greatest loss of those times. I’m sure if it happened now, we would deal with it without any problems, because the experience of depression is completely different – it put pressure on the actress.

The former spouses remain on friendly terms to this day. Olga Bończyk then became engaged to Tomasz Gorazdowski. After two years together, she also broke up with him. Jacek Bończyk is currently married to Klementyna Umer.
