The news was confirmed by the Market Regulatory Authority when it stated that the renowned German vehicle brand has recalled a total of 1.36 million from the Asian country. Clearly, airbags are a device that guarantees the safety of drivers, so they must be taken off the market as they pose a danger to people.

The measure is estimated to affect some 750,000 vehicles imported between 2003 and 2018, in addition to some 600,000 made in China between 2005 and 2017.

The WSVN portal reported that some models were: BMW 324i, 325i, 325xi, 328i, 328xi, 330i, 330xi, 335i and 335xi of the 3 Series Sedan from 2006 to 2011; the 325xi, 328i and 328xi models of the 3 Series Sportswagon Sedan from 2006 to 2012; and the 335d models of the 3 Series Sedan from 2009 to 2011.
