Condominiums lose powers when they close local accommodation – Economy

Condominiums will lose their current arbitrary power that allows them, with the support of two thirds of the building’s approval, to decide to close one or more local accommodation units (AL) in the building. The final decision is again in the hands of the heads of the chamber and, in addition, there will be methods of arbitration and mediation between the chambers.
