The next revolution presented by Apple is most likely on its way. This can be deduced at least from the words of the well-informed Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, according to which the Californian giant is significantly intensifying the development of its first robot, or robotic product. According to his sources, it should arrive in two years at a price of around $1,000, or about CZK 23 excluding taxes.

Specifically, Gurman’s sources say the mystery product would be a desktop robotic arm with a large iPad-like screen that would rotate depending on the user’s position relative to it in the home. Its use should then be quite broad – it should be a home center that would serve not only to control a smart home, but also to control home multimedia, manage FaceTime calls, read messages, browse Safari, check the calendar, reminders and notes and soon. The device should make extensive use of Siri and Apple Intelligence, thanks to which it should respond perfectly to verbal commands, but also recognize voices and therefore offer personalized content according to who needs it.

The development of this product has been going on for quite a long time, but it has recently been Apple in this sense, shifting gears in order to present it to the world as a unique world in 2026. That this is an important product is also confirmed by the fact that it has entrusted the supervision of Apple development to the vice president of technology Kevin Lynch, who has overseen development in the past, for example Apple Watch or the development of an already whistled autonomous car. So we can only hope that it will be a real gem capable of defining new market possibilities.
