In 2023, Beyoncé and Jay-Z purchased one of the most beautiful homes in California. Located in Malibu’s prime Paradise Cove neighborhood, the couple’s acquisition of the 8-acre property, valued at $200 million, made history as the most expensive single-family home ever sold in California.
The beachfront estate features views of the Pacific Ocean, two outdoor pools and a 40,000-square-foot home built by architect Tadao Ando.
2.Georges Clooney
Located on picturesque Lake Como, George Clooney acquired his 18th-century Italian villa in 2002. Named Villa Oleandra, the ornate edifice is worth an estimated $100 million. It features 25 rooms, including a “pizzeria,” which is fitting for such a lush Italian landscape.

She had rented it for several years before due to restrictions on foreigners buying property in the country and eventually acquired it after becoming a Swiss citizen in 2013. That year, she also married her partner Erwin Bach in a ceremony on the estate.
