(ANSA) – VADA (LIVORNO), 14 AUG – Five people, including owners and employees of a club in Vada, in the Livorno area, have been reported by the Carabinieri, on various counts, for aggravated brawl, attempted murder and personal injury after a violent brawl broke out outside the public establishment during which two Florentines aged 19 and 18 were stabbed: one of them suffered more serious wounds to the lung, but was never in danger of life, while the other was slightly injured in the leg. All the people reported are from Prato. After the violent episode, the Carabinieri of the Cecina company (Livorno) reconstructed the story with a brief investigation, also using direct testimonies and photographic recognition, and identified the owners and employees of the club itself, some of whom were related, as the presumed perpetrators of the attack. The fight, the carabinieri explain, began inside the premises, when one of the two assaulted was punched in the face by the owner’s 20-year-old son, and his younger brother intervened to defend him. The father and a peer of the son, who also worked at the premises, then joined in attacking the two. The brawl quickly degenerated outside the premises, where the victims, chased, were stabbed, inflicted by the peer. The owner and another employee also actively participated in the brawl, facilitating the stabbing of the two boys, lending a hand and even making the employee’s car available to allow the attacker to make himself untraceable immediately and elude investigations. At the end of the investigation, the police reported five people for brawling, the father and son also for carrying weapons, while the attacker was charged with attempted murder and personal injury. Furthermore, the premises were closed by the police commissioner for 15 days. (ANSA).
