Treating vitamin D deficiency
Hatta said that the treatment for vitamin D deficiency includes exposure to the sun in the morning, from 8 to 10 am, and also from 4 to 6 pm, to get sunlight that reduces the risks of vitamin D deficiency and which compensates for what the individual is. who suffers from needs.
He explained that healthy food rich in proteins should be eaten, and sometimes one may need to take vitamins in the form of tablets, but this is on the condition that it is under the supervision of a doctor.
Physical symptoms of vitamin D deficiency
He said that the physical symptoms of vitamin D deficiency in the body are as follows:
