Damage caused by gross negligence is included in all our fees. Exceptions are driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and damage caused by theft which may be wrongful.

Collection and delivery service for your car in the event of damage
A new vehicle after a total loss of up to 14 days
Damage to the tires (eg tire bursts) as well as a tire change inspection are also insured through our cooperation partner Freeyou Insurance AG. With a tire change check you can request a wheel change, including storage, from one of our tire partners at the start of the winter or summer season.
