River rescue forces in Giza recovered the body of the first victim of a drowning accident, a father and his three children in Tafih.

Major General Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Director of Giza Investigations, received a call from the Rescue Police Department about a major drowning accident in the town of Al-Halaf Al-Gharbi.

The Director of the General Administration of Civil Defense in Giza sent a river rescue team, led by his deputy, to the southern sector and in coordination with the guardian of the center.

Initial investigation revealed that a father named Ashraf Samir and three children (two girls and a boy) drowned in Manial Al-Sultan area. As a result of the efforts of firefighters, the body of the son, “Muhammad, 16 years old, was recovered, while the search continued for those who remained.
